This is a second shot of the very first red thing I’ve captured in my camera this year, as part of my Challenge 2017 set. I’m not claiming this as a second image, just an alternative version of the first.
This is the first image in my 2017 Challenge to photograph 12 red things. It’s a post box and a church doorway… I liked the way the two red rectangles reflected each other.
This somewhat abstract image was taken in the grounds of Stoke St Gregory Church. There was someting about the elaborate iron poles holding up the slightly worse for wear light that intrigued me.
This church has a very interesting bell tower. It’s octagonal. But do you know where this church is?
It’s a light bulb. It’s quite little. There’s not really very much more to report. I quite liked the look of this shot though, something interesting about the combination of light and dark.
I found this old, abandoned telephone box in Burrowbridge. It has been re-purposed as a local community library. Quite a neat idea, I think.
Looking like something you might expect to find on a farm in Midwest America, I actually spotted this windmill in the heart of Somerset, England, at an RSPB Nature Reserve called Ham Wall.
