Blue Tree Fish

So, I found this superb example of a blue tree fish (a rare paper-based creature that lives its life in 2D apart from its swollen stomach) whilst exploring Devon last year.  I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw it, and it remained still long enough for me to take this shot.

Of course I know I’m talking about a fake, paper fish – don’t worry I haven’t gone completely crazy.  It was hung up in order to celebrate the arrival of some very real koi into the pond.

Hasn’t this rare species photographed well or should I say haven’t you made it look very colourful. Well done Scott!
