I’ve reached that age where thoughts turn to life, the universe, and everything… and you really start to think about the time given to you, and how best to make use of it. If you can.
That’s why I’ve revamped my blog. Started fresh. Given myself a little room to breath and take stock of it all before pressing on. It’s time for a fresh perspective.
Rather then go for quantity of posts (as has been my challenge for the past four years, I am instead going to focus on quality.
Less posts, more meaning.
And this is the start.
By all accounts this is a photo of some wild flowers, daisy-type things. Why have I posted them? Because it was whilst I was taking this photograph last weekend that I came upon the idea to change up my website. So it’s only fitting that this shot starts it all off.
The sun was high in the sky, the insects were humming loudly, and I was struggling to find a decent angle to encapsulate everything I was seeing. So I did my usual thing and chose to focus on a smaller, singular detail rather than trying to capture the whole world.
I was happy with the result, especially the soft and swirly nature of the daisies in the background.
