This little bee hotel stands in the grounds of the small, independent champagne producer – Lelarge Pugeot. About four years ago I had the privilege of paying them a visit. What did this image teach me? It’s perhaps not immediately obvious from this shot, but roses are an essential part of the champagne making process……
