Episode 24 – The Grand Western Canal (Part Two)

Join us as we continue to explore the historic Grand Western Canal, this time we journey from Tiverton to Halberton. This fascinating 11 mile stretch of water has a long and interesting history. In this episode we focus on the origins of the canal, including who designed an built it (John Rennie) and the introduction of an aqueduct by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
