I do like the Oscars, all the glitz and the glamour – it would be a dream come true to attend the ceremony, but given that I am very unlikely to become a world famous actor, director, producer, or screenwriter the chances of me going in person are pretty remote. I have been to where the Oscars are held though, and had a chance to get up close and personal with a genuine Oscar statue – I’ll take that.
What did this image teach me?
That the Oscars venue is part shopping mall, and when the Oscars are being held they shut the shops and cover the shop fronts, so as to hide the fact that the Oscars venue is part shopping mall.
